Ok so i recently posted my original question yesterday.And tried out all of the suggestions 
Thank-you so much. But I have one last question. When I put it into reverse it starts to go into reverse. And then starts to slowly roll back. (and then it starts to "rev") Like its trying too. When I try to put it into reverse without my foot on the break. It will not budge. So i anyone can pin point the problem or me. Then Id so appreciate it. (I know its hard to do that without looking at it physically)
