THE JUDGE REQUESTED THE garage to repair my car as it was his Negligence that made it break down, he took it away and failed to repair it saying that i had been speeding the engine when it broke down, expert reports showed that it was the garage at fault, judgement made in my favour and the garage was ordered to pay me the claimant . Now he has put a claim in asking me to pay storage when he took my car away from my drive and held it at his garage for 11 months, he failed to take care of it, causing further damage to the body work etc, Is he allowed to ask me to pay for storage, when he took the car from my drive way and failed to repair it or return it back to me???
MY CAR WAS TAKEN TO THE GARAGE, ON THE REQUEST OF THE JUDGE TO REPAIR IT?
