...didnt fix the problem. Whatnow? Its a 1996 Honda Accord Lx. It makes the starting sound, but wont actually start. First time i took it, he told me to change the cables. Didn't fix the problem, so I went back, he sold me a new battery. This morning it wouldn't turn on. Can I do anything about that, or am I just S.O.L on the $70 i spent on the battery?
