My car (Toyota Camry 1996) makes strong noice while turning?

My car (Toyota Camry 1996) makes loud tac-tac-tac sound from the front wheels while I turn (left or right) the car. I think its front wheel excel got some problem that I need to replace. How much it would cost if this is the problem? Is there any other problem with the car.
