my car squeals when started and while cold?

i have a 1993 toyota celica. when i go to start the car it squeals really loud and then will stop if i rev my engine. the squealing will get worse if i turn on my heater and will mess with my steering kinda. if the car warms up enough and the heater isn't on high the squeal will go away. i am trying to sell this car so i would really like to fix this problem. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
