i had my car painted almost 2 years ago. before the paint the clear coat was ruined small Circles and big clear coat peeling circles. after the first year i started to see circles of different sized on the trunk. its not like white Circles but the same color of the car just lighter. And i had an accident to the front and had the entire front painted and 2 days after getting it out the shop. it snowed and now about 2 months later, on a real cloudy day i see this big squggily looking cirlce across the hood you cant see it at night or when its real sunny but on a cloudy day. i wanna is this something i can fix or does this call for car to be painted again?? (sorry for the long speech)
