My car makes kind of a whining/tired noise - what is that?

I have the oil changed every 3,000 to 4,000 miles too.
I did get a tune up last fall. I have about 150k miles on itl. Will it die soon? or is this something fixable? tia
 
not too sure what you mean by it, does it do it constantly, when you just start up? driving, could be a sepentine belt if im imagine it correctly, i would have to hear it
