My car loan disapproved, can I get my deposit money back?

Hi, all

I contracted to purchase a car as a factory order about a month ago.
Providing all requested documentations, the salesman notified me that the bank wouldn't give me a loan.

If I drop the contract now, can I get my deposit money back ($500)?
