My car leaks alot of oil, it's a 93 ford festiva, how much?

should it cost (approximately) to have the seals replaced? that's what they tell me is the problem, also my son wants to drive it everywhere when I tell him only to work and home until it's fixed, can you tell me what can happen to it in this condition too?. You have to put in a quart of oil for each 5 to ten miles driven.
They didn't tell me which seal, one guy said it was leaking from the clutch seal, which brings another question, can I just change the clutch and they will automatically change that seal?.
others don't say which seal, they just want to change them all for about $300.
 
which seal? crank, valve cover, etc. if it valve cover then it would be simple replacement but if it like lower seals like crank t hen it might be costly.
 
you don't normally change the crankshaft seal when you do a clutch, its not much more to do the seal. don't do the seal only have the clutch assembly done at the same time as they have to remove it to do the seal.
