So there is this old 1968 Ford Mustang in my backyard. It was flooded in a couple years ago and now I want to get it fixed. It would be my first car so I'm excited if there is anything I can do to fix it up. All I know about it is that it won't run, the tires are flat, and it is basically just a body. What do I need to fix it up, no matter the price, and get her running?
