My car was stolen a week and a half ago and 2 days later found burnt out. My car insurance requested a whole lot of documents including service history. I couldn't provide a service history as that was in the car when it was stolen. They now want me to proove it was roadworthy. I have provided recent mainatinence receipts and they now want to speak to my husband (but won't tell me what about). The person handling my claim was really rude to me today when I called to ask what was happening with the claim - he told me he was too busy to follow up today. Any ideas in what I can do?
