A flash flood washed through my apartment complex last night and I was left with over 6 inches of muddy water in my car.
I scooped out as much water as I could and dried it a little with towels.
I called auto detailers, but I only found one who was open, but he wanted to remove all the carpets to clean it... is this necessary? How long until do I have to get it cleaned before mold and stuff? The seats got soaked too. Any advise?
The car starts, but water shoots out of the exhaust... will it be fine once it dries?
Is there a better way to go about getting this handled besides going to an auto detailer?
