my car broke down and i work in the morning? what do i do, what do i tell them?

i work as a server in a restuarant, i barely started last friday, my car was overheating and now it broke down. i work 20 mins away if i drive in the freeway. i have no way of getting to work and i dont know what to tell them? pleae help me?????
