My C:Drive is full? WHY... I deleted ALL my photos of it so it shoud NOT be 3

quarters FULL.... any reasons? I recently put The Sims3 on my computer, BUT I UNINSTALLED IT completely.... but the it still seems to have eaten up the memory. YES i have gone to add/remove andddd disc clean up AND rubbish bin andddddddddd disk defrag.... NOW WHAT? lol :(
i have a dell inspiron 1525
 
maybe you have a virus or something,
you might wana try wiping you hard drive,
but then youl have to re install everything again..
how ever, you comp will be faster if you do wipe it.
