I am starting a clothing line that will begin with graphic t-shirts. One side of my business will be wholesale in which I will sell my shirts to stores.
Suggested retail for each shirt is $24. I plan on selling them to stores at a 50% discount ($12), which will give them a 100% markup and 50% gross profit margin.
The minimum order will be 24 shirts. If they order 100 - 499 I will take 15% off, 500 - 999 will get them 20% off and over 1,000 will give them 25% off their order.
Are these good deals for the stores?
