My Business partner has locked me out of the Business account we have . How can

this happen? We have a 50-50 partnership, he has taken it upon himself to take over all the books, close me out of the account, take the checkbook and tell me the doors are gonna be closed in december? How can my 50% partner do all this without my consent?
 
Either he doesn't trust you, or he's stealing your money. Either way, you need to get yourself a good attorney to advise you on your rights.
