when i try to adjust the volume, i get the volume icon with a "not permitted" symbol underneath
tried going into sound settings Output, the name is Digital Out and the port is Built In Output and it won't let me change it.
my earbuds work but when I take them out there is a red light in the hole that they go in.
external speakers also work
I can't change the volume on the output setting and it says that the selected device has no output controls
