My brother put soap in my fish tank...?

ok so when i was asleep my brother put little soap beads in my fish tank...i have a beta fish and i think my fish is dying usually my fish would be swimming around all day but now (it was yesterday that the soap was put in her bowl) she will only sit on the bottom of the tank in the rocks which is not normal...no she isnt dead her fins r moving andi changed her water and cleaned her tank so there is no soap left what should i do? whats wrong with her?? plzzzzzzzz help!!!!!!!
