he gave me a black eye. so should i take him to court??
OKAY!!! i am telling u the reason why he punched me in the eye........he called me names...and he has been smokin pot...so i said "go smoke another one bro" the next thing i know he was on top of me pushing my head into the couch with his fist
ALSO he took the car tht night and i had to giv him my cell phone so i could call him in case he got hurt
