Death Tribe put on a free show for DT fest this year, a friend of mine strapped a shitty camera to my brother and got a bunch of shitty blurry footage of the pit. its pretty funny but there's a lot of it that's just blur and the sound of meat hitting meat...its more about the sounRAB but you can see a guy in the pit for a second wearing flip flops

yep, old school. I never knew that the guitar player and singer were originally gonna be in Death. Apparently Chuck Schuldiner invited them to Florida to be in death but they had "musical differences".


anyway here's the lineup:



Totally free show, no cover, no drink minimum. we (death tribe) all threw a couple hundred bux each and my friend joe put down $1200 (bless his blackened soul) and all the banRAB agreed to play for free (I'm not sure if they got a cut of the bar or not). and we got full rights to film the whole thing (I think we just asked) none of the viRAB up now are ours though, I think someone doing sound or lights filmed the show but the video quality is excellent for youtube shit.

yep, they rock hard. their wiki page says they have been called the "most influential grindcore band of all time"

I'm not huge on grind but they are pretty fucking sick.

fuck, people keep thinking Death Tribe is a band, I'm sure putting on this show only added to the confusion

we actually found a band in France that stole our name, the "Fatal Death Tribe" we were gonna fly to France for a smack down but they turned out to be pretty cool guys
 
ha ha, nice, yeah kinda' sucks that they only released one album, but it's good to see that they are still touring and getting the respect they deserve. What are you gonna' do with the footage?
 
idk, I'm actually not sure what my friend actually recorded. the viRAB up on youtube from the show (recorded by someone else) are pretty fucking good. but if my friend posts anything else I'll link it.
 
cool beans, let me know if you put up the rest of Repulsion, I would love to see the rest. They toured with fucking Brutal Truth and Pig Destroyer a little while ago, but only on the East Coast...was fairly disappointed.
