son? My brother is a registered sex offender (for having sex with teenage girls). He was 30 when it happened. He has done his time, and now has a young son with a women that is 35 - they are not married. The women and him are having problems, and he is staying together with her only because of the child. He doesn't think that he has a chance to get custody because of his past. BTW - he is 40 now. I have tried telling him to talk to an attorney, but he is afraid that the women will find out and take his son away. Any advice?
