My brother had sex with his teacher?

My brother is 18 and hes in college.
He secretly started seeing one of his teachers, whos 26.
I caught them kissing together, when i came home from town one day, and both my parents were out.
He told me to swear down i wont tell anyone, and i did.
The problem is, i feel weird when i see her in college, because im also in the same college
Is what she doing against the law, should i tell someone?
Also i asked my brother if he had sex with her, and he said yes, and that he loves her.:ss
 
The are both adults, stay out of it(teachers get in trouble with minors in high school so this is a total non-issue and probably wont' last anyways.)
 
It's probably not illegal, since he's over 18. The college probably considers that unethical -- for a professor to be giving those kinds of office hours to a student. Warn him of the consequences the woman could face. Ask him if that's what he wants for someone he "loves."
Suggest that he drop her class. Put it on his mind! Ask her if the college would be happy if it knew about their "tutorials." Put it on their minds! Then leave it alone. Peace.
 
Good For Him!!! No, it is not against the law. He is 18 so legally, there is no wrongdoing. The only thing is it may be against school policy but do you really want to risk losing your brother's love and respect by reporting it? Let It Go Honey!! How would you feel if it were the other way around?
