although he was on pro? and although he was on probation for drugs they found nothing on him they proceded to escort him to my mothers house where he stays and search his home is that taking it a little to far.can they do that even though nothing was even on him.
 
nope, he was acting in a manner that would lead laws to believe drugs were in-play.
now if he got caught, well, hmmmmm, once u get busted for drugs, ur always suspect.
its just nature of game.

what would be bad if he was in car with friend who was speeding and they asked for his name, found his priors and then went to his house and searched.
