My little brother was recently fired at target for arguing with another employee in the break room. They were not yelling, swearing or anything like that. The reason why they got reported is because they were causing a scene. I have two questions. One, can he sue? Two, what are his chances of getting unemployment? There's NOWHERE in the employee handbook that states you cannot "argue" with someone in the store. I think they were just looking for a reason to get rid of him.
