Sorry man, but tell him to move to Canada or Mexico... I'm serious, They already have a State Wide APP out for him meaning that he will be arrested, locked up in the brigades for the rest of his military career and sent to a state prison for atleast 4-6 years.
You don't need to tell the Army. They already put a federal arrest warrant out for him. Sooner or later he'll have an encounter with the police, they'll run his name, find the warrant and arrest him.
