If you go to AT&T and setup an account, they usually give you a SIM. There is sometimes a charge for the SIM but that would usually be less than a GoPhone.
No need. You can get a no-contract plan (still postpaid) because you're bringing your own device. As the other poster said, you might get charged for a SIM, but otherwise, you can get a no-contract plan and use it with the BlackJack 2. Unless, of course, you wish to go prepaid, then yes you can get a GoPhone and just switch the SIM.
