i got my motorola rival, FOUR days ago.
i haven't dropped in once, or put it anywhere near water because i wasn't careful with my old phone&it always had problems.
but now, this stupid phone keeps restarting every time i try to reply to a text message and even sometimes when i just close out of everything.
i have a two year plan, but I DO NOT WANT THIS PIECE OF JUNK.
but what is verizon actually going to do; replace it with another of the same phone or charge me like that $35 return fee plus the cost of a new phone?

oh, and on top of all that the calling is messed up. no one can hear me unless i put it on speakerphone&practically yell.
