and losing weight (for the record he is only a little overweight. He isn't huge). He is always complaining about how he doesn't like the way he looks and how he feels gross. I don't think he needs to change it looks wise, but his family has a history of heart attacks and he already has high cholesterol and blood pressure at age 25. That does worry me a lot.
He asked me to help him lose weight but whenever I say something about it he blows it off.
