...machanic has a car for 500.00 a 86? crown victoria, my boyriend just paid for the car the they signed the title over to him in his name, he is a unlicenced driver, we live in VA how do I get the title in my name so I can insure it, can an unlicenced driver get title and registration???? please hlep
I already checked va dmv and it does not answer the question.
