My boyfriend isn't affectionate.. Besides when we're having sex. Help?

Okay, I'm 16 (please no talk about my age i've already been through that) And my boyfriend, Ed, Is also 16... And we've been dating for about 8 months. And things have changed so much for us in the past 8 months. He is totally different than he use to be. I mean, He use to be like... amazing. He was the perfect boyfriend. He would kiss me,make-out with me, hold me, hug me... Everything that a boyfriend should do. But nowadays it's like.. I have to earn his affection. He'll say stuff like I'll give you a surprise(kiss) if you take my tray; Get me a drink; Let the dogs in/out. I know this isn't right, But I don't know what to do. I just love him so much. Also, The only time he really gives me affection is when we're having sex. Other times.. He won't even hold my hand, I have to fight with him just to put his arm around me. And I have to ask for kisses in order to get them.. It's just not right.
I mean... His dogs give me more affection than he does!
Also I've tried talking to him bout this many many many times. What should I do?
 
dump him, he's obviously only in it for the sex. And if he was different before, well, he was just trying to get to the point where he could have sex.

He's honestly treating you like sh*t. If you love him, remind yourself if the way he treats you and know that you deserve better than that. You should love yourself more than you love him, so for your own sake just dump him and find another guy.
