my boyfriend is serving 1year sentence for a weed charge.Help need info?

He says that they should parole out before the year is up.They shipped him to a diagnostic camp wednesday night.He served 5years when he was 17 for cocain and he had a gun charge on a different occasion.hes only 25.this is in ga. And since he did 2months in jail will it count againts days in prison. This is my first time dealing with this situation and i need info. His release date is suppose to be feb.11 2011
