he's been on probation since.? He just recently got caught up in more trouble he found a credit card and went to see if it worked and it did. he spent around $100 on it. after that he relized what he did was wrong so he threw the card away but at the time his brother-in-law was living with us and he seen the card in the trash and he also used it but spent way more than he did, which was over $100. How much time could he get sentenced? since he was already on felony probation, also is their a possibilty he could ask for boot camp rather than prison time?
