stay at a boot camp.? He received a letter stating they would take $2400 a month from him for the two months his son is in a boot camp for some juvenile offenses. My question is, is that $2400 due at the time of the hearing, or do they spread it out? The form he was sent was basically nothing more than a generic child support/spousal support form, reworked for this purpose. The wording is so confusing, and when you tell someone they're being garnished that amount (50% of his gross pay), you're basically saying that he'll have nothing to live on for two months. If anyone has had experience with this, please let me know. Lebanon County is notorious for being hardcore on support, jailing someone the second they get behind.
