my boyfriend got a ticket for driven without a licens with me can he go to jail

for not bn able to pay the cou? he got a ticket and has been to court once already for it and he ether has to get his license or pay a fine and not get his license for another 6 months. can he go to jail because he has no money?? his court date it thursday and im really worried about em and he has 2 other tickets 1 for no seat belt and another 4 no helmet on a pocket rocket.. can he go to jail?
 
No. Back in the day, early 1800's, the US out lawed "debtor's prison". They will garnish he pay checks for ever if they have too.
