you can take the morning after pill which you can get over the counter. you can take it up until 72 hours after you had sex. but please use condoms!
If it has been longer than 72 hours you need to get a pregnancy test. Unless you are both clean, maybe an std check aswell.

push as much out as possible in the toilet, get in the shower n make a cup over that area let the water run in and push it up like a plunger n wash out real good plan B is probably your best bet but i never used plan b n i didnt get pregnant all the best
