my boyfriend and i had sex?but he would joke by saying he came in me was he lying?

we had sex on the 9th twice unprotected he said he came in me then he would say he was joking...was he lying?
he also said it on the 12 when we had sex 3 times and he said it again..two times?
was he really joking or lying??
