fired. Is this legal? I'm a server at a nice restaurant, and this has happened multiple times. Finally myself, and two other employees are refusing to pay the money. She told us today point blank that if the money isn't payed by the end of the month that we're fired. I'm not looking for opinions or peoples thoughts on what I should do. If you have actual legal knowledge on the matter, or links to legitimate sources on whether or not this is illegal that would be preferable.
