that sucks. why dont you and the rest of the workers say somethign to your boss? if you get all the sales people or even the whole place to go against it then he has to do something about it. kinda like a strike, but not really. just confront him. give that a shot.
 
Well if your numbers are always good then he is not adding this to track you. He is adding this to track someone else. It is often very hard to fire someone with out have a lot of hard evidence. The numbers are what really talk not some gps software. The gps systems START at $15 a month per phone with the 1st month free. So a lot of people just use it for the 1st month. It does not have a real good bread crumb trail nor good reporting. The better systems run about $45 a month per phone. Add in the cost of a monthly plan for a sales rep around $99. So if they didn't feel that they really needed it they wouldn't.
 
You can go to mologogo.com or accutracking.com but nextel charges $$$ for the data access. If you plan to use any internet add the unlimited data access plan $10 month.
