need some advice. Basically my boss has been putting a lot of pressure on myself and ppl i working with. He has also been speaking to us like ****. A few days ago i had hd enough after yet again him speaking to me like ****. So walk out! I mentioned to some one else at work that i really had hd enough nd was about to walk. I have reported him, but the person i said iwas about to walk to has told him, he is now trying to turn it round on me as i had said i was going to walk b4 i did. He has also denied that he spoke to me like ****. I have to go for a meeting with him and another manager.
Where do i stand if he denies it n front of me and the meeting....what do i do...he is a very intimidating man!!
