heres the problem, my family owns a company, my father and an aunt, were in the brick buiness and fireplace. heres the problem my aunt is nutz and i mean nutz she has no respect for anyone and takes it on me, and than i bitch back because i have the balls to. my dad never takes my side only when the door is shut, what should i do about this, if its not her way its teh highway. any stories that you all have?


jobs suck but hell you make money and you meet some interesting ppl
 
That is a tricky situation. I think the best thing to do here is for you to get another job.

Your aunt is not going to change, and your father, well he is probably too pussy to take it up with her. He is probably afraid she will split if he says anything.

So, the best thing you can do is move on. I hate working with family anyway, it usually ends up in a big fight and then you have to hear about it in every thanksgiving dinner.
