My boost mobile zte warp is not even a month old and about a week ago my husband said he called me 14 times and texted 7 i did not receive one text or one call and my phone was not on silent or vibrate. I have it with me all the time and my ringer is loud. And then my mom said she wasn't able to get a hold of me and now it happens all the time. I have started noticing that my signal bar goes from grey to green all the time i don't know if that could be the reason and if so how do i fix that? My husband has a boost phone as well and has no issues. Thanks for any help!
