My book has more than 1 author and I'm doing a book report, so how do I put all

the names on there? It suppose to look like this for example:
Book Information: Danielson, Richard. The Haunted Cowbarn (Putnam House Publications, New York, 2007). 150 pp.
That's the example my teacher gave me.
The Author names are Drs. Sampson Davis, George Jenkins, and Rameck Hunt
