My bluetooth won't send files to my laptop ; please help?

well my bluetooth always use to connect to
my laptop & i could send pictures to my laptop
from my phone .. & not long ago i sent my laptop
to get fixed & i requested windows 7 on it . & after that
my laptop can find my phone but it wont send or receive
files from my phone .. can you please help me ?
