...pre-existing condition? The problem is the claims they are denying are NOT for a pre-existing condition. My coverage started Feb 1st and on Feb 10th I twisted my ankle and they have covered some of my treatment and denied others. I called Blue Shield and they said they requested further info from the providers but never got the info back. I called the providers who said they would contact BS...but its been 2 weeks and I've heard nothing. I dont know what to do, it wasnt a pre-existing condition and no one seems to be doing their job...any advice? I can't afford to pay over $1000 in un-paid claims...and its not even a pre-existing condition - I hate this!
