i put the charger in and the clock shows up but the little lightning bolt doesn't on the actual main screen. there was a message once saying it was unable to charge my phone or something i accidently exited out of it. i just got this phone in the mail because my last tour the screen randomly just stopped working and had to send it in and wait two weeks for a new one. i really don't want to wait another two weeks again.... please help!
