i turned my phone on and it said i had to install a update, and i did but when i did it would go all the way through to install it but it would get to the end and turn off and blink red and turn back on, then it would start over the install, it kept doing that for awhile. then it just stop coming on completely. and sometimes it would turn on and a white screen came up and it had like a loading screen. i dont know what to do. i tried turning it off and taking the battery out and it didnt. then i took the cards out nd still didnt. help pleasee?
my blackberry tour 9630 won't turn on or anything.. please help?
