I have a BlackBerry Storm 9530, and it worked well for the first couple of weeks. but like 2 weeks ago the screen started to be unresponsive. Then i tried tighten up and loosing the screw on the back of the phone but that did not help at all, so I took the battery off and tried a reboot. It worked for like a day and the problem came back. Today, the screen seems to only respond if I use my entire thumb over an icon and that is only sometimes...what can I do?? it is not verizon so a warranty claim wont be an option...
