When I make or receive a call I either have to either plug in the headset or press speaker phone. The only way I can get to the hand set is by hitting the menu button after the call connects and select activate handset. There is no option for handset on the touch screen any longer. What did I do and how do I undo it?
My Blackberry Storm does not default to handset when making or receiving calls.?
