Okay I have my plant in a biiiigggg pot so it's cool, now I just got it and it has these little buds on them. If it was any regular flower plant, I'd say that those were buds where flowers would grow. Since it's a blackberry (thorned) are blackberries or flowers gonna come from them?
Second question is, okay it's not growing upward anymore, it's starting to spread outward instead of upward. What should I do to get it to spread upwards? (It started off as two tall stems and then leaves and mini stems sprouted from the middle of the two thicker stems and the leaves are just growing outward.)
hope that's not true about my plant (berries being less flavorful)
Wait but I thought it was supposed to grow into large 4-6 ft stalks?)
