My blackberry is having service problems?

I dropped my blackberry curve 8330 and it landed on the top edge. It worked for about 20 minutes then i lost service. I tried turning off the network connections and turning it back on but it shows that I have no signal to my phone and the signal icon is yellow with a dash through it. I tried doing a battery pull and running a network diagnostics test but that didnt work. What can I do to fix it or do i need to just take it to a verizon store? thanks guys
